Federal Council rotation — Nord Europa & Oriente Moderno

The third rotation of the two Nord Europa and two Oriente Moderno seats in the Federal Council, following the 2028 and 2031 cycles. Both regions will have held fresh regional elections in 2032 and 2033 respectively, so the appointing assemblies will be mid-term and their political compositions settled.
