The third rotation of the two Tierra Verde and two Costa Mar seats in the Federal Council, following the 2027 and 2030 cycles. Each region's newly seated Regional Assembly — elected in 2032 — appoints its two rotating councillors from among its own members, renewing half of each region's six-year Federal Council representation.
