The United Nations human‑rights chief Volker Türk has warned that deliberate attacks on Sudan’s RSF‑controlled hospitals could amount to war crimes, according to a BBC investigation. Zandorian humanitarian organisation Aid for All announced it will redirect ₣3 million of emergency supplies to the affected regions, seeking coordination with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
Federal Foreign Affairs Office spokesperson Elena Ruiz told the Herald that the Republic will raise the matter at the next UN Security Council briefing, and that the Federal Council is reviewing a proposal to increase funding for the UN‑run health‑care mission in Darfur. No official diplomatic deployment has been announced yet.
