Restoration of 14th‑Century St. Alaric Church Gains Additional Funding

The Heritage Office announced an additional ₣12 million for the restoration of St. Alaric Church in Liptov, covering replacement of weathered masonry on the nave and reinforcement of the 14th‑century buttresses.

Master mason Marek Novak said the funding will allow the guild to complete the original Gothic tracery by year‑end, keeping the project on schedule after a previous shortfall.
