A record hiring drive for software engineers kicked off this week in Bratislava‑Nova, as leading firms and start‑ups responded to a new funding package announced by the Nord Europa Assembly.
The Assembly’s Committee on Labor and Innovation approved a 45‑million‑florin allocation to the Federal Innovation Fund, earmarked for recruitment subsidies, training scholarships and relocation grants. Governor Eva Novák praised the measure as a safeguard for the region’s technology leadership.
