Nord Europa's manufacturing firms have begun a systematic effort to diversify their supply chains across the Republic's four regions, moving away from the concentrated sourcing patterns that have defined the sector for the past decade. The shift is a response to two pressures: uncertainty around federal trade policy and a practical recognition that relying heavily on one region creates vulnerability when inter-regional disputes over tariffs or shipping costs flare up.
