The Dvor Palace is one of seven major heritage sites stalled in Nord Europa as a dispute between the Regional Assembly and the Federal Treasury over restoration funding has frozen work orders across the plateau. The conflict mirrors a deeper friction: Meridian's capital-allocation formulas favour urban centres and maritime infrastructure, while Nord Europa—the most densely developed region in the Republic—argues its historic preservation costs are structural and underwritten by the federal budget.
