The Regional Assembly granted construction permits for three high‑rise towers in the Nueva Singapur finance district on Tuesday. The projects, valued at ₣ 450 million combined, will add 45,000 square metres of office space and are slated to break ground before year‑end.
Mayor of the district, Ana Li, said the new skyline will support the region’s ambition to host more multinational headquarters. The first tower, named the Aurora Spire, is scheduled to open in late 2028.
