The strike, captured in footage circulating through international media, came on the same day that Germany's chancellor arrived unannounced in the Ukrainian capital—a gesture laden with diplomatic weight. The visit marks one of the highest-level expressions of German support for Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began, yet it arrives at a moment when the country's critical infrastructure is deteriorating under sustained aerial bombardment.
