The Federal Foreign Affairs Office in Meridian confirmed yesterday that Zandorian aid workers and medical personnel are coordinating with regional partners to provide emergency relief.

The Federal Treasury Ministry announced emergency funding of 2.5 million florins for immediate humanitarian assistance, to be distributed through established partnerships with international relief organisations operating in the region. Federal Cultural Affairs Minister Yuki Iwasaki, whose office oversees diaspora liaison, said the Republic's substantial community in Southeast Asia is already mobilising private relief efforts alongside official channels.

The earthquake underscores the Republic's growing role in regional disaster response, particularly through Oriente Moderno's maritime and logistics networks. Officials in Nueva Singapur indicated that port facilities are being made available to coordinate incoming aid shipments, a capacity that has become routine as the region's free-trade infrastructure expands into humanitarian use.
