Appointment. The Federal Assembly confirmed Dr. Isabel Morales as Justice of the Federal Court of Zandoria on 2 October 2026, following public hearings before the Constitutional Committee. Justice Morales will assume office on 15 November 2026 for a ten-year term.

Public notice. The Federal Electoral Commission announces that the citizen petition on the Youth Charter has reached 18,247 verified signatures as of 1 October 2026. The threshold for a consultative referendum is 50,000 signatures; the petition remains open for submission until 31 December 2026.

Statistical release. The Federal Statistical Office reports that virtual-citizen naturalisations under the Esperanto Charter totalled 3,847 in September 2026, bringing the cumulative total since January 2024 to 47,293. The Hall of Citizens roll stands at 47,293 verified naturalisations.

Regulatory notice. The Federal Treasury Minister announces that the florin-to-euro peg remains fixed at 1:1 as of 2 October 2026. Quarterly foreign-exchange reserves stood at €18.4 billion as of 30 September 2026, an increase of €340 million from Q2.

Convocation. The Federal Assembly Constitutional Committee will convene in open session on Wednesday, 9 October 2026 at 14:00 UTC in Meridian to hear testimony on the proposed Youth Charter amendment. Public comment will be received until 16 October 2026.

Tender notice. The Federal Translation Centre invites sealed bids for the renovation of the Nueva Singapur annex, scheduled for completion by 30 June 2027. Bid documents are available from the Centre's procurement office; deadline for submission is 20 October 2026.
