Appointment. The President of the Republic has appointed Justice Amara Solis-Vega to the Federal Court of Zandoria, filling the vacancy on Seat Seven; the appointment is subject to confirmation hearings before the Federal Assembly, to be scheduled by the Speaker no later than 1 September 2026.

Regulatory notice. The Federal Interior Ministry hereby gives notice that the Revised Inter-Regional Shipping Documentation Code (Federal Instrument 2026-14), as passed by the Federal Assembly on 18 June 2026 and reviewed without objection by the Federal Council, enters into force on 1 August 2026; all carriers operating scheduled sea and air freight routes between regional ports are required to comply from that date.

Statistical release. The Federal Statistical Office publishes today the Second-Quarter 2026 Labour Participation Bulletin (Reference: FSO-LP-2026-Q2); the bulletin is available in all five federal working languages through the Office's public registry portal and at the Federal Translation Centre in Meridian.

Public comment. The Federal Treasury Ministry has opened a thirty-day public-comment period, closing 3 August 2026, on the draft amendment to the Florin Reserve Management Regulations (Consultation Document FT-2026-09); submissions may be lodged in any regional working language or in Esperanto through the Ministry's registered correspondence portal.

Convocation. The Federal Assembly's Constitutional Committee will sit on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, at 10:00 local Meridian time, to continue its review of the proposed amendment to Article VII of the Federal Charter concerning the federal voting age; the sitting is open to the public and will be interpreted live into all regional working languages.

Registration. The Federal Electoral Commission gives notice that the verified signature count for the citizen petition requesting a consultative referendum on the Youth Charter stood at 18,340 as of 00:00 UTC on 4 July 2026; the statutory threshold for convening a referendum is 50,000 verified signatures.

Tender. The Federal Translation Centre invites tenders for the supply and maintenance of simultaneous-interpretation equipment at the Meridian federal chamber complex for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029; tender documents are available from the Centre's procurement office and submissions must be received no later than 15 August 2026.
