Bratislava-Nova-based software firm Tatra Logic relocated its headquarters to Meridian this week, becoming the third Nord Europa tech company to move its main office to the federal capital in 2026. The company, which develops digital records management systems for heritage institutions, cited the need for daily proximity to federal procurement offices as the primary reason.
Founder and CEO Jana Petrová said the decision was not a reflection on Nord Europa's business climate. "Our clients are in Meridian," she said. "We grew to a point where video calls were no longer enough." The company retains a development office in Bratislava-Nova with 22 employees.
